Our Story

Mountain Excavating LLC was established by Pat Landreth, a hands-on professional with over two decades of excavation and land service experience in the local area. What started as a small operation focused on grading and clearing has grown into a full-service excavation company offering everything from trenching and demolition to driveway installation, boulder wall construction, and land management.


Pat leads every job personally. That means the person you talk to on the phone is the same one reviewing your land, quoting the job, and operating the equipment. We don’t pass your project off to subcontractors or shift accountability. You get personal service from start to finish.
